Yes—many are free. We’re steadily growing a library of faith‑inspired stories you can read at no cost. Some complete books or special editions are available for purchase to support our authors and the platform. We’ll always label what’s free and what’s paid so there are no surprises.

Faith‑inspired fiction, poetry, devotionals, testimonies, and reflective essays that uplift, point to Christ, and avoid explicit/graphic content. We don’t host divisive rants, hate speech, or material that contradicts our family‑friendly culture. See our Writer’s Covenant & Content Guidelines (linked below) for clarity.

If your manuscript is complete and you’d like to sell it as a downloadable PDF, EPUB, or audiobook, you can create a Bookstore Listing (our name for the PremiumPress “Add Listing” feature). This creates a dedicated page for your book with a cover image, description, sample, and purchase link. You set the price (or choose to make it free), and readers who buy it can access it anytime from their account.

If you want to release your story chapter-by-chapter, start with our Submit Your Book option. You’ll create a main “book page” with your cover, description, and tags, then add chapters over time — each one linked to the same book so your readers can follow along as you write. When you’re done, you can even package it into a paid downloadable edition later if you choose.

Yes! You retain full copyright to everything you publish on InkLight. By posting here, you simply grant us permission to display your work on our site/app and promote it (for example, through excerpts, emails, or social media). You can remove your piece at any time, and that won’t affect your ownership. You’re also welcome to share work that’s been posted elsewhere — as long as you own the rights and it aligns with our values and guidelines. If a publisher currently holds exclusive rights, please check your contract first.
